I’m Shannon and on the side of mindset and mental wellness coaching, I’m a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
As a coach, I believe that our mind is a tool that needs trained and adaptation, just like you would train and adept your body.
Like many ultrarunners, you may be neglecting that one, maybe two, elements in your training program that may have the biggest impact on your mental game.
I’m here to change that. Learn high performance standards that will optimize your performance, get a better understanding of what drives you to perform and leveraging some of those high performance mental skills so that you can perform at your best.
I’m providing mindset coaching services to ultrarunners all over the United States.
Finish Stronger Mindset Coaching is a non-clinical service, meaning that it is not counseling. I don’t provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, or treat mental health conditions.
As a coach, I meet with people individually, for either 20-30 or 50-60 minutes, once a week – every other week – once a month – when needed – whatever works for you, it reflects your needs.
