Client success story! 🎉🎊🎉🎊
It is a privilege to work with Myah, who is now an ultramarathon runner! 🔥
We first met at a crazy run club challenge called the Most Magical Mile, which was held on the Rainbow Trail in Butler, PA. The challenge was to run as many loops as possible in 8 hours.
Myah was newer to trail running and joined me for a few miles. We chatted and quickly connected. She was full of energy and fire, which I found motivating to keep going in the later miles of this event.
We became friends.
She is a loving, busy mom of five kids, and usually squeezes in talking with me after Burn. We have the best conversations. One of my favorite ones was when we were studying an ultramarathon course and were cracking up over a really steep climb towards the end of the race.
While working together, Myah recently completed her first ultra, which was a 50 miler (with just the support of her friends). I drove out for the second half to ring my cowbell and to be there for emotional support. 😎

At the beginning of the year (2024), Myah came to me wanting to:
🏃🏻♀️ Improve her habit of running and receive accountability.
☠️ Move from, “running feels like a chore,” to more enjoyable.
💪🏻 Transform her run mindset and routine into a stronger and more resilient one for completing a 50 miler.

Here are some things that Myah had to say after completing her goal:
✅ “I feel so absolutely happy to know that I completed the distance.”
🧠 “I kept a positive mindset throughout.”
✨ “I was happy, and able to take off bite sized pieces. Anytime I started to feel low, I reminded myself it would pass and set a small goal.”
☀️ “I was filled with so much gratitude this weekend.”
“What could happen if you continuously push past that finish line, and your comfort zone? Amazing things my friends. We are so wildly capable of anything we set our minds to.”
Myah
We decided to continue to work together because Myah is interested in learning more about mental toughness and mindfulness.
She would also love to tackle a 100 miler next summer! 💯 Let’s gooo!
If you would like to see changes like Myah did in her mindset, mental well-being, and running… or just to have a “run therapist” as I’m called, private message me NOW to chat about your goals.
Let’s get you closer to (or at) your goals.
Or if you feel stuck, I’m here to bounce ideas off of and to provide guidance.
