Big Client Wins and What it is Like Working with Me

Here are some big client wins and things that people are saying about working together from the past few months.

I work with runners and ultramarathon runners all over the U.S. on their mindset, mental wellbeing, and race performance. We discuss things going on in their day-to-day lives and the things that they may face during a race.

The people I work with are awesome. They:

  • Try to make changes.
  • Are willing to learn and try new things (because their old ways of going about things may no longer be serving them).
  • They put in the effort. About 15 minutes to three hours per week.
  • They complete resources and worksheets that I send (at least some of it).
